Vineyard: Vineyards at 300 meters above sea level

Grapes: Garganega 100%

Characteristics of the vineyards: Located in a hilly position on dry terraces also called marogne, with south, south-west exposure. Clayey and highly calcareous soil. The plants are in Gujot with a density of 4000 vines per hectare

Winemaking and Aging

Harvest: Carried out by hand in boxes in the first days of September

Vinification: The grapes are vinified with soft pressing. The skins remain in contact with the must for 2 days

Tasting Notes

Maturation: Once fermentation is finished, the wine is refined for 7 months in steel

Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of apple, pear and pleasant mineral notes. When tasted it is well balanced, fine and elegant and easy to drink

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif and excellent, due to its structure, also for pairings with fish

Alcohol: 12.5% ​​Vol.
